Getting Around
In the end of via stresa, when you reach viale Gioia there are 2 very important bus stops: 81 to central station and corso buenos aires (for shopping), 43 bus to garibaldi station, corso como (night life), moscova (to eat something good and cheap at rosso pomodoro for example, to reach green line to Navigli Porta Genova) etc., very uselful bus too!!
If you walk 5 minutes in direction of central station you find in via Gioia metro Sondrio, yellow line of subway which will bring you in 10 minutes to Duomo and Porta Romana (nice restaurants)

I'm so proud to have this cute market every friday morning where you can buy fresh and not expensive fruit... if it's a wednesday you can go in martesana, there is another big market!

If you want to eat pizza or good pasta without spend a fortune this chain is perfect, moscova is also a nice area full of restaurant and pub where you can do "happy hour" (you can eat whatever you want at the price of a cocktail, 8-10 euros, buffet everywhere in Milan from about 7 to 9.30) There is one in via moscova that you can reach directly with 43 bus!
