Food Scene
1.5 years and tons of coffee and tea later, Augies still has a special place in my heart. I can be found here- usually daily- especially during finals weeks.
They actually go to the coffee farms themselves in Central America to pick out the beans they want and also roast beans at their warehouse and original location in Redlands.
I love Augies because they support local shops, with a selection of different pastries made fresh daily. They also display local artists' works, which change every few months. The decor is simple but clean. Their selection of teas also comes from a local shop.
It is better to come here after noon, when the courthouse has let out as there is free public parking across the street.
Great coffee and tea, great workers and service. What else can you ask for?

My favorite sandwich of all!! I dream about this bad boy all the time! It's basically delicious tuna sandwiched between 2 buttery delicious sour dough bread. Comes with a side of pasta or potato salad. Both sides are delicious!

Just as delicious as the tuna melt! Great choice for the kiddos! Comes with a side as well!

A definite must have! Very soft and chewy!!
The wait can get a little long, but it's worth it! You have to find your own seating, so it's best if one person holds the table while the other orders the food!

One of my favorite hikes located in Riverside, CA. It is a short hike (3miles) and mostly a paved pathway all the way through. There are two routes but both lead to the large cross at the top. It's a popular hike so don't expect to be hiking alone! There are plenty of city views along the way and up at the top. There are small little old sceneries and bridges along the way. Its quite neat! The top is my favorite as you can overlook Riverside and there is a ginormous cross up at the top. Its definitely a view you don't want to miss.
There is parking across the street at the park!

Built in 1903, Mission Inn is considered one of the oldest Hotel in the City of Riverside. During Christmas, Mission Inn is definitely one of the many landmarks to visit.
