Set in the heart of the beautiful Cairngorms, our holiday home is the perfect base for exploring the wild places this part of Scotland is renowned for. Offering comfortable, modern accommodation for up to four people, the chalet is roomy, warm and well equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay whatever the time of year.
The chalet is situated in a tranquil, purpose built holiday park just ten minutes walking distance from the heart of Aviemore town with its railway station, shops, restaurants and bars, whilst the park itself offers a friendly bar and restaurant serving home cooked food.
Here is easy access to a wealth of possible activities, from fishing and kayaking on the adjacent River Spey, through walking and cycling along the miles of trails that weave around the lochs and mountains, to steam powered jaunts on the Strathspey railway and more.
Bike and kayak hire facilities are to be found within walking distance, as well as a range of activity centres delivering adventure and excitement for both children and adults. During the winter months, the renowned Aviemore ski centre is just a short bus journey away, which makes this the perfect ski season destination.

Loch Morlich is beautiful with a gentle trail around the edge, ideal for walking, running or cycling. There is also a coffee bar on the beach and it is just opposite the Glenmore Visitor Centre.

Adventure
We have used this hire firm when we haven't had our bikes with us and they are great. It is only a short walk from Aviemore Holiday Park to collect your bike; the staff are knowledgeable and the bikes are up to the terrain.

Aviemore skiing is beautifully scenic and great when the snow falls. If you are not into skiing this is just a fab place to drink coffee, eat shortbread and watch the world go by.

Aviemore bikes list lots of great cycle routes, that can also be walked or run.
If you fancy an adventure, this one is not for the faint hearted. A challenging circular route taking in the famous Burma Road is highly recommended. You will earn your dinner.
