Χτίστηκε το 1864, και είναι έργο του Ιταλού αρχιτέκτονα Pietro Sampo. Απλό εξωτερικά αλλά με εντυπωσιακή εσωτερική αρχιτεκτονική, μιμείται ιταλικά και γαλλικά πρότυπα.
