Take a walk through slottsparken and kungsparken and visit Malmös Copacabana! The beach is free and you can choose hang out in the dunes, on the beach front or take a swim from one of the many jettys. Great spot for a run all year round (can get windy in winter!)

Maybe my favourite spot in the whole city. Kallbadhuset is an open air bath that offers sauna and year round bathing in the sea. Its separated male/female all days except the first Monday of each month when they have what they call queer Mondays. There is also a shared sauna in between the sections.
You can have lunch or fika in the café, order a massage or just admire the beautiful iconic building.
