for teh quality, a reasonable price, say 40 EUR/person plus wines, reservation better
my preferred erstaurant, try it once, not touristy, out of teh way but on GPS

excellent pizza, woodfired oven, nice village, pitoresque, some typical pasta dishes, extremely afordable, I would suggest a "pizza & birra or a carafe of local wine"

Unique experience, i would suggest lunch, a store and a restaurant at teh same time, excellent regional cuisine in an unusual atmosphere, fair prices, try .... everything
i am always partisan to "house wine on a carafe"
Seating wise, give preference to the "formal" room on the back of the establishment - not a touristy place

a unique experience, definitely worth it
obvious, like visiting teh coliseum in rome or the tour eiffel in paris, but .... when in florence do as florentines do!

Getting Around
Train station, frequent trains will get you downtown florence, S. Maria Novella station in ~1/2 hr, few miles from the Tower where you are staying, ample free parking
