Without doubt our favourite local beach and tavern. Off the beaten track, don’t be alarmed by the track that leads off the main road to a secluded pebble beach. A family run business and highly regrded throughout the Pissouri area, this little bit of heaven offers one of the best seafood menus in the area. They have a beach and sun beds if you want to spend more time there, or you can go for breakfast lunch or dinner. Amazing staff, fabulous food and a brilliant location.

Melanda Beach Restaurant (Tsiolos)
Without doubt our favourite local beach and tavern. Off the beaten track, don’t be alarmed by the track that leads off the main road to a secluded pebble beach. A family run business and highly regrded throughout the Pissouri area, this little bit of heaven offers one of the best seafood menus in the area. They have a beach and sun beds if you want to spend more time there, or you can go for breakfast lunch or dinner. Amazing staff, fabulous food and a brilliant location.
If you are planning a day trip to Pafos, be sure to stop here for lunch or sundowner and dinner before you head back. Truly fabulous location, with rolling waves, miles of beach and a brilliant seafood base menu. It’s about 15 through the other side of Pafos and wholly recommended. Sun downers at sun set offer a fabulous beach side setting, for hopefully, an amazing sunset. But lunch is just as good as the waves crash onto the beach.

Truly fabulous location, with rolling waves, miles of beach and a brilliant seafood base menu. It’s about 15 through the other side of Pafos and wholly recommended. Sun downers at sun set offer a fabulous beach side setting, for hopefully, an amazing sunset. But lunch is just as good as the waves crash onto the beach.

Stadium streetWOW!!! The location of a shipwreck from the 1960’s, Oniro by the sea offers a fabulous way to watch the world go by. Amazing rugged coastline, coastal walks in both directions and amazing restaurant with brilliant and friendly staff offering a wide menu options of seafood, local sourced ingredients and local wines. The shipwreck is close to the restaurant and can be seen for miles around. Highly recommended visit.

Oniro By The Sea
05 Glikou NerouWOW!!! The location of a shipwreck from the 1960’s, Oniro by the sea offers a fabulous way to watch the world go by. The shipwreck is close to the restaurant and can be seen for miles around. Highly recommended visit.
Small village about 10 minutes drive from Pissouri. Next to the church there is a small locally well known restaurant with an owner called Yanni. Tremendous steak grill, sitting outisde under a very old olive tree. What a character, and sensational grill food. We recommend the steaks or pork chop...family setting and perfect for a relaxed lunch. He'll let you stay as long at you want!
Head to Paramali. From Pissouri it's ten minutes. When you get to Paramali, just park in the church car park!
Paramali skylos
Small village about 10 minutes drive from Pissouri. Next to the church there is a small locally well known restaurant with an owner called Yanni. Tremendous steak grill, sitting outisde under a very old olive tree. What a character, and sensational grill food. We recommend the steaks or pork chop...family setting and perfect for a relaxed lunch. He'll let you stay as long at you want!
Head to Paramali. From Pissouri it's ten minutes. When you get to Paramali, just park in the church car park!

Located at the top of the village in the hills, the amphitheatre is a great place for Pissouri village events and often hosts music and theatrical events. It is also a great place to park! Once parked here it is a 5 minute walk to the Village Square, full of bars and restaurants and great for local atmosphere and good fun nights out.

Whilst there take a boat trip to the Blue Lagooon to swim in the bluest water you have ever seen. Crystal clear with stunning coastline and caves. There are several options but we would recommend “Koulla”. This is brilliant boat trip with a BBQ on board with great staff and is not too big. You can book full or half day cruises. We recommend the full day (about 5 hours).

Whilst there take a boat trip to the Blue Lagooon to swim in the bluest water you have ever seen. Crystal clear with stunning coastline and caves. There are several options but we would recommend “Koulla”. This is brilliant boat trip with a BBQ on board with great staff and is not too big. You can book full or half day cruises. We recommend the full day (about 5 hours).

The main cobbled street leads down to the Timios Stavros Monastery, which you can visit at certain times during the day. A favourite place to eat for a great lunch in Omodos is Yiannis. Just a two minute walk from cobbled street, just ask a local how to get there. Narrow winding streets offer respite from the warm sun and offer several local arts and crafts shops such as glass blowing, lace and jewelry vendors. Omodos is great place to stop for lunch on the way back from Troodos Hotel after a morning walk.
