Chippies - remember to order haddock, chips and mushy peas!
CornerChippy on Beach Road is nearest and very good but is only open 16:30 to 19:00 .
Kays Chippy on Rough Lea Rd which shuts at 19:30.
Seniors in Thornton (near Marsh Mill windmill) is open until 8pm
