Simon Pearce is a fine-dining restaurant yet still casually Vermont. The connected store has hand-blown glass, pottery, woodwork, textiles, all created by artisans connected to Simon Pearce (I think the potter is a son). Downstairs, you can see glass blowers making goblets and such using old-world methods, plus view the hydro-electric system that powers the whole facility on the Ottauquechee River.
