The Skookumchuck Rapids is epic! It’s a 4 km hike to the waters edge where you can view the rapids. As the tide ebbs and flows in the Sechelt Inlet it can make some extreme rapids as the water can flow up to 28 knots!

Travelling by car or 4x4 is the best way to get around
If you want to pick up groceries or take out dinner on your way here, it’s best to stop in Sechelt. There aren’t many options closer to us.
