Puckett's got its start as a small grocery store in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee. Over the years they have expanded to a restaurant and now have several locations in Middle Tennessee. It will give you an authentic southern experience right on the historic Murfreesboro square.

This is a personal favorite of mine. My grandmother used to take to Kleer-Vu as a kid and it is still fantastic. Kleer-Vu is family-owned cafeteria-style meat and three that has been in Murfreesboro for over 40 years. Fried Chicken, Peach Cobbler, Mac and Cheese. If you are looking for genuine southern cuisine this is your spot.

They have options to pet farm animals during the summer months, pick your own strawberries, and ride ponies. It turns into one of the best corn mazes and pumpkin patches in the southeast in the fall. I would highly recommend this to families visiting our home.
