There's a bus transportation from Aliki to Paroikia Paros and from there to Naoussa, Lefkes and other villages.
10 minutes from Aliki there's the Paros airport which is not international and connects to Athens and Thesalloniki which are the main international airports. Also there is an alternative option. From Paros port you can transfer via ferries either to myconos or Santorini which also have International airports. 10 minutes from Aliki is the port of Punda from which you can go to Antiparos with a ferrie boat (every 10 minutes during the season period).
