My favourite restaurant is roc pool, 1 ness walk. Reservations would be advised. There are a number of great restaurants next to roc pool. Encore is a regular for me. No reservation required.
For fine dining I am told ness walk hotel next to the house is the best in Inverness.
Across the river is the waterside restaurant, I would highly recommend for a lovely location and reasonably priced good quality food.
Johnny foxes is probably the best bar to visit in Inverness. It also has reasonably priced bar food.
All aforementioned establishments have great staff and all are located nearby
