If you are trying to have a relaxing night or a nice date (no kids allowed) you must go to the Peninsula Hotel Rooftop called “Z Bar” I usually go there to drink a Baileys latter,work on my laptop and enjoy the nice view of the magnificent mile

As you know Chicago is known as The Windy City , in Chicago we’ve had all types of weather on the same day,it gets crazy sometimes ,we’ve had snow in April some times ,the best way to go is to use layers of clothes (December-March is the coldest ) bring some gloves and something to cover your ears during winter 🥶 ❄️
