Take the trails to the Quincy Mine at the top of the hill, then cross Highway 41 and you are there. Its a big trek, but a fun way to spend an afternoon. Google maps satellite view will help with the adventure.

This lighthouse and beach is beautiful. It's a long drive out, so bring a snack and some water. Stop at the Dreamland Cafe on your way home, for some fresh Lake Superior fish.

Be careful, there are some sketchy places in the ruins. Its a really neat spot, with an intense but brief trek down a bluff. You can find chunks of copper and agates on the beach. Park at the memorial then take the trail down the bluff towards the water.
