What is there to say about Mr.Cream, except YUM!! This is hands down the best place to get breakfast in PV and there's no sticker shock on the prices. Just the best waffles, pancakes, and french toast you've ever had.

Hands down the best burgers in PV!! The owner (Hal) is almost always there when they're open and will help you order and bring you your food. If you're familiar with Dick's Burgers in Seattle, you'll probably like The Original Burger because somehow Hal (the owner) figured out Dick's Secret Sauce recipe.

This nice little restaurant along the Malecon has nice outside seating and the best $1.00 margaritas that I've found so far. I've yet to find something on their menu I didn't like. I find its location along the Malecon extremely convenient as well, because about the time I get tired of walking and shopping and want a cool drink I come upon Oasis Bay. It's the place directly under the Cheeky Monkey with the umbrellas on the sidewalk.

Truly excellent Garlic Shrimp and (and for those who enjoy spicy food) Shrimp a la Diabla. The Steak Fajitas are also really good. The hospitality of the staff is very friendly and attentive and if you order the special of the day you get unlimited beer or a free pitcher of sangria.

Parks & Nature
Playa Conchas Chinas is a nice step away from the touristy crowd of Playa Los Muertos. Literally within walking distance of Playa Los Muertos, it features small naturally formed swimming areas and tidal pools and is typically far less crowded than Playa Los Muertos.

There is always something to see, experience, or buy here. Bars, nightclubs, curbside vendors, restaurants, etc. It's all one big party in this part town.

Sightseeing
There are so many little shops, nightclubs, restaurants, and bars to see and experience along the Malecon, there's just no way I can name them all. You'll find handmade nicknacks and souvenirs here that you won't find anywhere else, no matter how many times you go there's always more to see. My advice is to take a late afternoon stroll down the board walk and just take it all in. No trip to PV is complete without a visit to the Malecon.

The store carries a little bit of everything from produce and food to clothing and hardware. Its main characteristic that makes it my first stop shop is its convenient location, it's only a 10 min walk from Casa De Flores.

There's a number of stores in this mall, but what makes it interesting to me is the luxury movie theater. At the theater in La Isla you get a table and your food is delivered to you and all at the same cost of going to the regular theater in the U.S.
