They make their own bread, pizza crust, pizza and pasta sauces and their special House and Caesar salad dressings. Get your meals started with homemade, fresh baked garlic cheese bread, toasted ravioli or hot wings. The fresh salads leave little to be desired loaded with fresh veggies and meats. Also try one of the local favorites, the Parmesan' Deluxe Pizza, the Parmesan's Calzone, or the Hot Italian Sub. In the early years customers were encouraged to bring in memorabilia to decorate the bare walls and ceilings of Flat Creek. They brought special items to personalize the restaurant. Now Flat Creek’s walls and ceiling tell a story about these friends.
300 customers can be served at a time. Their services also include a Flat Creek location in Republic and recently Billy Gail's Restaurant in Branson (Hwy 265).
