Don’t leave montañita without getting a surf lesson!
One of the best places in the world to try surfing! I own a hostel too so I work with an amazing instructor that speaks English(native language Spanish) I can recommend, nice guy, very professional. Boards are $50 for a week, 5-10$ per day price varies depending on rental place if you’re a surfer. 25$ for the lesson of 2 hours(board included)
