Beautiful little seaside town to amble around, great food, quirky shops and lovely harbour or beach to just sit and watch the world go by
Short drive (5mins) or longer walk (40 mins) to the beautiful south west coast path. Rinsey is a tiny hamlet with nothing in it other than pretty homes. But go past and down to the cliffs and you’re rewarded with lovely scenery and a beach - if you’re brave enough for the steep climb. Be careful, this beach is not lifeguarded and there have been reports of people being washed out to sea in the under currents here. Also worth checking the tide times as spring high tide, you won’t be able to get into the beach

Rinsey Head

Interestingly the pictures Airbnb suggests for Breage are actually of Trewavas head, listed above! Breage is a quaint village with a pub, corner shop, playing field and some countryside walks. The church is steeped in history and worth a google / walk around.

Seasonal displays, beautiful plants inc large outdoor selection at the back, indoors are lots of home goodies and a lovely cafe which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, cakes and coffees.

Sightseeing
Brisk walks and beautiful views across the whole peninsula. Historic monument at the far west with walks down to Balwest or (further) to Godolphin

Historic mining heritage and beautiful cliff top walks. These were predominantly copper mines, a bustle of activity during their short working life. Rumour has it 200 people worked here at the height of their extraction and the owner eventually went bankrupt which led to a prompt closure.
Access by either walking all the way along the public footpaths through the fields (recommend purchasing an OS map and taking a packed lunch) or drive to Rinsey car park and walk across the cliffs.
