At the Lair-House, you are in the town of Leucadia within the city of Encinitas. You know you're in Leucadia because virtually the entire business district is located on the west side of Coast Hywy. 101 exclusively. This is due to the railroad tracks running on the east side. That fact had also always kept our little town very low key & quaint.
