One of Norway´s great hikes with fabulous view towards the Lysefjord. Preikestolen is a mountain plateau raging 604 meters above the Lysefjord. It is 4-kilometer-long hike and 330 meter climb which takes approx. 4-5 hours to complete the journey (round trip).

The Kjeragbolten hike is one of the most spectacular hikes in the world which is located at 1084m above lysefjorden. The distance of the Kjeragbolten hike is 12 km with 570 meters of climbing which takes approx 7 to 8 hours to make the entire journey, round trip.

The three swords at Møllebukta in Stavanger's quarter of Madla is built to commemorate the battle of Hafrsfjord. The fjord is around 9 kilometres long, and is a so-called threshold fjord. It was at this fjord where 11000 Vikings fought in the Battle of Hafrsfjord in 872 AD, when Harald Fairhair managed to unite Norway in one kingdom.

The three swords at Møllebukta in Stavanger's quarter of Madla is built to commemorate the battle of Hafrsfjord. The fjord is around 9 kilometres long, and is a so-called threshold fjord. It was at this fjord where 11000 Vikings fought in the Battle of Hafrsfjord in 872 AD, when Harald Fairhair managed to unite Norway in one kingdom. 
The ’Old Stavanger’ of today consists of 173 listed and restored wooden houses built in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It is one of Northern Europe’s best-preserved collections of wooden houses and is located on the side of Vågen in the city center.
