Ok i know it says "police assistance" but that is because i could not get any of the bars to show up in the selection. However this little police station is right in the middle of the "red light" district of San Fernando. There are tons of bars and a few disco clubs. Lots of Karaoke and fun nights to be had all up and down this street!
