Right up the street from the building, is the famous Runyon Canyon. Great place for hiking and dog watching, but the highlight is definitely the views. On a clear day, you can see entire Los Angeles spread in front of you. From downtown to the beach. Great trails for running or hiking.

Great neighborhood spot to grab your daily coffee. Delicious pastries and some grab and go items as well as a small menu. The coffee will please any aficionado out there :)

Cute little Thai spot. Not too many tables so make sure to make a reservation if you are coming to dine since it is usually busy. Quality ingredients and delicious items make it one of my favorite place around. If too busy order pick-up, you won't be disappointed.
