They are the best way to get downtown ( where parking is scarce and pricey) if you plan on going downtown alot! Theres a bus station right outside the apartment that takes straight to a metro station downtown!

Rain coats!
Although the weather in Montreal in the summer is amazing, it does rain quite a bit! Be sure to bring a rain coat
