My favorite local dive bar. Kay’s Bar in Southeast Portland is nestled in the vibrant intersection of SE Milwaukie Ave and SE Bybee Blvd in colorful Sellwood-Moreland. We are down the street from the historic Moreland Theater and a block from the cavernous Stars Antiques Malls—which represent more than 200 antique dealers on any given day.
