This wee haven is a bit out of the way but a MUST for those wanting to experience incredible food and excellent service. ONLY seats about 26 people but everything is freshly made (including the ice cream) by the owners and it can be just because or be a romantic dinner for two. Its by far our very favorite place to go.
In the summer sit outside on the patio and enjoy one of their home made pizzas to die for.

Once in a while its nice to have a treat and head here for a terrific tasting burger and kumara fries. Excellent service and its just a fun casual atmosphere where the staff appear to really enjoy what they do -

You can walk up the Mount for the spectacular view or just around it for the exercise - or stroll along the water's edge in the sand.
When you are ready for eating lots of great cafes and restaurants along Marine Parade and Mt Maunganui Rd to test out.

The best mineral spa in the Bay of Plenty (in our opinion) They change the water every day - its clean - not filled with harsh chemicals - and so good for your skin and those tired bones after a day of walking around the Mount. Its very reasonably priced'- there are private pools as well as the main big pool.
