Our favorite hike is at upper Treman park, a few miles out of Ithaca on Route 13 South (about 10 min. away). The short loop takes about 1⁄2 hour or the long loop takes about 2.5 hours. The views, falls and stone work are amazing, especially in the fall. Lower Treman has a swimming hole with a waterfall and an awesome diving board.

Very Ithaca. Great for Saturday brunch/lunch. Lots of food, local crafts and music. A smaller version takes place on Sunday and on Tuesday in Dewitt Park (downtown). There is also a boat ride (we have never done it, but are meaning to...its only been 24 years).

Just down the road when you first turn onto Route 89. ICG is free and open to the public. Young children will love the Anarchy Zone where free play rules.

(Formerly Cornell Plantations) Beautiful gardens for a leisurely stroll. The herb garden and the wildflower garden make a nice afternoon.
