I am ashamed to admit how many times I've been to this restaurant. It's so good. The fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and collard greens plate is my favorite in the city. Hands down.

Midtown is very walkable. They have some great restaurants and clubs. Safe neighborhood - but always stay in a group. There are small lots for paid parking.

Kirkwood has small restaurants and a few parks. They have a great breakfast spot located on the square: Le Petit Marche. On Saturday mornings, there is quite the line.
