They only open Mon-Fri from 11am to 3pm, I assume their consumer target is office workers during the lunch. But trust me, if you ever feel peckish during these hours, or just happen to be home and looking for quick lunch, head down and order yourself their Chicken Karage!! For just $11, its the best karage in Brisbane (or probably Qld). Say no more.
