The gate way to the Isles, where the ferry sails to Stornoway. If the weathers not great on the east coast sometimes west is best and it's a very pleasant drive from Embo via Bonar bridge and Rosehall eventually taking in the more rugged west coast, with Stac Poli standing proud and the other surrounding mountains giving you the wow factor as you approach them
