Payment for access is through the office opposite the main church entrance (North side - ie side in the direction of Marianska Hore church on the hill). The steeple can also be accessed bu the tickets are sold for this in the radnice (old town hall).

The table car to the top is costly, but if you can afford the one off trip, its a life memory. You will "enjoy" the single wire span cable car ride to the top....wrap up warm if you go, it can be many degrees colder at the top!
