Please don't speed
Don't speed along Highway 89 running from Alpine south to Afton...heavily patrolled by Wyoming Highway Patrol. Also, when entering Etna just North of Star Valley Ranch, the speed drops from 65 to 35 (and it means 35 mph)

Winter driving and property access
Star Valley Ranch receives approximately 450” of snow annually. The property is located on the mountain, so accessing the property during winter months you’ll need a 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicle. We have never needed chains or studded snow tires during the winter, but 4x4 is essential for accessing mountain properties and general ranch driving.
