A drive up Cascade Lakes Highway is a must. There are numerous lakes and hikes. Our favorites are Elk Lake for the beaches, Sparks Lake for paddling, and hiking around Todd Lake with kiddos. More adventurous hikes are Broken Top, South Sister, and Green Lakes. Permits are required during peak summer season.
