Vattenrikets besökscenter ligger mitt i staden Kristianstad och mitt i Biosfärområde Kristianstads Vattenrike. På pålar mitt ute i vattnet, helt i trä med ovanliga vinklar och vrår, ligger naturum som nod mellan stad och natur.
Vattenriket's visitor center is located in the middle of the city of Kristianstad and in the middle of the Biosphere Reserve Kristianstads Vattenrike. On stilts in the middle of the water, completely made of wood with unusual angles and corners, nature is a node between city and nature.

Hanö når man med reguljär båt från Nogersund. Resan tar 25 minuter. På ön finns, förutom en bofast befolkning på 8 personer (33 personer 2008[2]), en stor gästhamn, fyr, affär och restaurang samt vandrarhem. Det finns även ett museum som är inrymt i öns bötbod och ligger i hamnen, och som bara är öppet sommartid.[5] Den enda hamnen på Hanö heter Hanöläge.
Hanö köptes 1759 av änkan på Sölvesborgs slott Elsa Greta Schult från kronan.

The castle is one of Skåne's most magnificent Renaissance buildings in typical Christian IV style. The estate is today owned by the Trolle-Wachtmeister family. Attached to the castle is the tale of Ljungby horn and pipe.
After à visit here go to Landön for a bath in the sea.
