Recreation
Ski Apache is a great place to go ski when the snow is good. It’s takes 25-30 min to drive up the mountain, it’s scenic but a narrow road. Check the website for lift openings before going up. To avoid waiting in line in the cold on the mountain, you can purchase tickets and rentals in advance at the Ski Apache shop in town.
