Welcome to our farm, an organic farm since 2004, where we passionately produce extra virgin olive oil, almonds, honey aromatic herbs, and more. This is not just our workplace, our Farm in a Plateau just a 10-minute drive from Noto, it's our home, bordering on a Natural reserve and in front of an archeological site, we're thrilled to share this experience with you. Regenerative agriculture and traditional practice are both in the field and in the kitchen, with old recipes, and traditional ways to make it with the proper ingredients. We try to go back, and experience the essence of the Mediterranean Diet: fresh, simple, and predominantly plant-based, capturing the true taste of the Mediterranean. On a typical lesson day we meet in the morning at one of Palermo’s oldest markets, shop around for any items we will need for the lesson and then stroll to the air-conditioned kitchen in The Sicilian Pantry cookery school where we prepare a 4 course Sicilian meal, learning the techniques and tricks needed to recreate it when you return home. Meals are made up of a starter, pasta course, main course and desert (changes can be made for individuals with specific dietary requirements where appropriate). After the lesson we can sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour along with a selection of Sicilian wines rounded off with some homemade liqueurs and coffee. We believe that the true expression of Sicilian cuisine comes from the quality of its fresh seasonal produce so we strive to always ensure that we have the best of what Sicily has to offer in order to share this with our guests. This is an entertaining and informative day out, recommended for cooks of all levels. A 3-hour walking tour around Catania's fish market and alleyways. During the walk, we will take you to our favorite street stalls and family-run deli shops to sample the best daily selection of local street food such as the Arancino, the Cipollina, some challenging samples, and much more :) We offer our foodies only seasonal and traditional foods, no touristy stuff! The fish market is an authentic open-air theater. During the MORNING TOUR, we will spend some time checking out the food market stalls, talking about Sicilian cuisine, and eating some fish :) During the NIGHT TOUR, we'll walk you to the old district of Civita to show you some cool graffiti and enjoy the most authentic Catanese street spirit! This tour has been designed for street foodies and curious travelers. Not only food! We will show you some historical attractions and, when accessible, a hidden lava tunnel. Since this is a small group tour, you will be able to interact with us at any time asking all kinds of questions. We present Catania the way it is, with its lights and shadows. Faremo Escursioni organizzate sull'Etna, il vulcano più attivo e alto d'Europa. Il tour prevede: pick-up con il mio furgone 9 posti alle 8.30 del mattino da Catania centro da punti strategici come Stazione Centrale, Piazza Alcalà, Piazza Stesicoro, Piazza Borgo . Visiteremo una grotta di scorrimento lavico. Faremo un trekking di 3 h, con un dislivello di 500 metri e 5-6 km dai 1800 metri s.l.m. fino ai 2300/2400,attraversando ambienti desertico vulcanici,crateri e i diversi colori di montagna. Il pranzo è a sacco e il rientro a Catania previsto per le 15.30. Gruppo minimo 2 persone.

This is a sailing adventure focused on respect for nature, sustainable lifestyle and knowledge of navigation. An exciting sport activity, rich of new experiences and discoveries. The sailboat is fully equipped and meets all the standards of comfort and safety. First we meet 15 minutes before the boat tour, generally at the Caffe del Porto. Once embarked, we begin by introducing you to the bases of sailing, winds and the ocean. Set sail from the Club Nautico Catania, we open the sail and begin to cruise along the volcanic coast of Catania going with the winds, on the horizon we will see the Island of the Cyclops, the place where Etna was born. All the members of the tour will help to steer, to manage the sail and to sport activities. In the meantime you will learn the sailing techniques on board we prepare the aperitif. So let's the party starts and altogether we cheers with a glass of prosecco. Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to bath or to swim near the Grotta di Ulisse or the Riviera dei Ciclopi. This is a perfect first experience on a sailboat because in 3 hours you enjoy the vibe of the sail that allow you to decide to return for a longer experience, even the next day. You will walk with me or one of my fellow team members through the main roads and the back streets of the picturesque old town. You will learn about the Mafia, its brutal violence and its business, as well as about the people who stood up against the power of the organised crime. We will stop in front of monuments, memorials and shops, each is connected with a particular aspect of our story. Sometimes a small detail, that seems unsignificant at first glance, has a story behind it that is worth to be told. An example: Addiopizzo stickers on the shops windows we will see along the walking tour. They belongs to shopkeepers who have said NO to the protection money! You will also have the chance to support them, just buying a gelato, some local products or a souvenir of Palermo. Escursione sull'Etna in jeep autorizzate e trekking per visitare crateri,Grotte e l'ultima eruzione. Il tour è adatto a tutti . Partiamo dal nostro punto d'incontro con comode jeep o minivan 4×4, in direzione etna nord est, dopo un paio di km ci fermeremo all'interno del Parco Nazionale accessibile con guida autorizzata,poiché ci sono circa 45 crateri laterali. Dopo una passeggiata di circa 40 minuti visiteremo 5 crateri, uno dei quali è ancora aperto e si potrà ammirare la dimensione reale di un cratere. In questa zona osserveremo tutti i tipi di lava, minerali, deserto vulcanico e piante pioniere del nostro vulcano. Dopo aver visitato i crateri,con la nostra jeep faremo 2 km di fuoristrada per scoprire l'ultima grande eruzione che distrusse il vecchio centro turistico. Infine con lampade frontali fornite da noi visiteremo dei piccoli crateri all'interno (grotta) e una frattura che divide l'Etna in 2 parti. La visita sarà effettuata in aree di interesse vulcanologico e scientifico. IMPORTANTE: Prima di prenotare verificate se abbiamo disponibilità scrivendo un messaggio. Surrounded by a lunar landscape, we will learn to understand and explore Mount Etna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its beauty and uniqueness. Strolling along the largest volcano in Europe, you will admire the imposing volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will visit one of the most fascinating sites where you can watch the sunset together (you will not see the sun setting but only appreciate the colors). We will enter a lava tube, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It will be fascinating to discover not only their creation, but also the secrets that they hide so jealously in their darkness. La tua avventura escursionistica partirà dall'info point Ashàra sito in Piazza San Vincenzo. Partenza prevista circa 2 ore prima del tramonto per poterne ammirare la spettacolare bellezza lungo il fianco della Sciara del Fuoco e poter godere delle tipiche esplosioni stromboliane. Dopo un breve briefing, avrà inizio l’escursione attraverso un sentiero natura che ci condurrà fino a quota 400mt ( limite massimo consentito dalle autorità per garantire la massima sicurezza), ottimo punto di osservazione dei crateri sommitali e della Sciara del Fuoco. Durante il percorso effettueremo delle pause intermedie per goderci il panorama, visiteremo il vecchio cimitero isolano, attraverseremo la tipica macchia mediterranea accompagnati dalla costante vista sullo Strombolicchio. Raggiunta la Sciara del Fuoco, sosteremo ad ammirare il meraviglioso tramonto che colora di rosso l'arcipelago eoliano e la spettacolare attività “stromboliana” con le sue esplosioni che brillano nel cielo notturno. Rientro in discesa al buio muniti di torce frontali fino al punto di partenza attraversando i tipici canneti dell'isola e la vecchia mulattiera Durata dell’escursione circa 5 ore

We'll discover the unique nature and the geology of the Mt. Etna visiting the volcano up to the extinct craters at 2000 meters. On board of our vehicle scenic driving from the beach level up to the extinct craters, following an itinerary off the beaten road, with the visit of the most important point of interest along the way up. We will complete our experince with a guided and easy trekking around the extinct craters, to understand this human friendly volcano, enjoying an almost lunar landscape. Una pagina di storia di Sant’Ambrogio, piccolo borgo, di cui ammirerete incantevoli strapiombi sul mar Tirreno e sulla Rocca di Cefalù, un impatto fra il verde degli ulivi secolari e l' azzurro del cielo e del mare, che rende inevitabile uno scatto fotografico. Sarò felice di condividere con voi il mio piccolo mondo, nato da un progetto legato alla memoria del mio papà. L’esperienza di oleoturismo nel nostro frantoio vi permetterà di conoscere il patrimonio olivicolo siciliano, fondato su una storia millenaria di ulivi, di numerose varietà di cultivar che danno una forte identità al territorio e all’olio che se ne ricava. un percorso fotografico documenta la raccolta delle olive nelle basse Madonie, l’attività del frantoio alla fine degli anni ’80, le fasi vegetative delle piante durante l’anno. Sono assaggiatrice ufficiale di olio evo, grazie alle mie conoscenze vi guiderò in un'analisi organolettica di tre oli extra vergine d’oliva siciliani, per scoprirne le note di fruttato, amaro e piccante ed altre caratteristiche sensoriali. L’esperienza si conclude con un appetitoso aperitivo contadino siciliano ed un calice di Grillo BIO siciliano al terrazzo panoramico del borgo. Vi aspetto a Sant'Ambrogio, a due passi da Cefalù.

Goditi il tramonto a bordo di una barca, con partenze tutti i giorni alle 14:30 (in inverno) o alle 18:30 (in estate) dal Molo Trapezoidale di Marina Yachting. Dopo la partenza, ci dirigeremo verso la Grotta della Regina accompagnati da musica di sottofondo rilassante. Una volta ancorati, avrai l'opportunità di assaporare il nostro famoso aperitivo siciliano con Aperol Spritz per gli adulti e Coca Cola per i bambini. Le specialità includono sfincione, arancine, panelle, crocchè e il celebre cannolo palermitano. Opzioni vegane e senza glutine sono disponibili su richiesta, almeno 24 ore prima del tour. Nel pacchetto sono inclusi un ricco aperitivo salato, acqua fresca illimitata e cannoli siciliani riempiti a bordo dal nostro capitano. Sarà inoltre fornita attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, inclusi scooter subacquei, noodles e maschere, se desideri fare il bagno.
