History Museum
“The Museum tells the story of the Holocaust from a unique perspective, that of Montréal survivors. Visitors learn the history of the Holocaust and are encouraged to consider the implications of prejudice, racism and anti-Semitism. Open: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed on Jewish holidays and some statutory holidays.

“ is a museum of archaeology and history in Old Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was founded in 1992 as part of celebrations to mark Montreal's 350th birthday. The museum has collections of artefacts from the First Nations of the Montreal region that illustrate how various cultures coexisted and interacted, and how the French and British regimes influenced the history of this territory over the years. Pointe-à-Callière has been included in National Historic Sites of Canada since 1998.”

“The museum offers four different walking tours of the Plateau and Mile End, in addition to an indoor tour and a walking tour in Cote des Neiges. Check out their website (imjm.ca) for more information on the tours and how to book them! Eat lunch at Fletchers (inside the musuem) before or after a tour for 15% off. Try the gefilte club sandwich; you won't regret it if you like fish.”
