“THE MOST FAMOUS PLACE IN SHANGHAI. Built by the foreigners (British, American, French, Japanese, Russian, etc.) in between 1850 and 1940, this street is now facing the new Shanghai: the Pudong towers,! ”

Street Art
“This entire street is the epicenter of modern art and street art in Shanghai. It has a lot of really cool small galleries and other spaces where up and coming artists display their work. My absolute favorite part of it though is the wall along the road is constantly being changed by street and graffiti artists. If you are into art and modern or street art then Moganshan Road is a must visit in Shanghai. I used to go for runs along this street because I enjoyed how the artists change the landscape of the place so often. ”

Museum
“The word to describe the Natural History Museum is ‘comprehensive’, and you’re advised by the museum to put aside at least four hours of your day in order to absorb everything. There's a 4D movie theatre, an outdoor exhibit garden, and numerous exhibit spaces taking you right through from the Big Bang to a lifelike recreation of a busy African savannah to scale models of early Chinese agricultural communities. The stunning ‘bioclimatic’ building was designed by internationally renowned architecture practice Perkins + Will, with an ‘intelligent building skin’ to maximise daylight. Its four external walls emulate natural elements – including a vertical garden on the east wall.”
