Queen bed, TV/DVD, Netflix, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee supplied. 1.5km to Byron cbd, about 20-25 min walk. A few steps to Arakwal Nat'l park w 300m bush track to pristine Tallow Beach and Creek. Enjoy your morning coffee in private garden. Free Wi-fi. Undercover parking in carport.

Screens on doors, security screen door to enjoy fresh air safely and insect-free. Quiet part of Byron Bay - close enough to access cbd cafes and restaurants easily but without the "busyness" of town. Cooling ocean breezes and ceiling fan on those hot summer days.

We are close - about 1.5 km - to Byron bay town but in a quiet residential street and away from the "busyness" of town. The house is just a few steps from the bush track through Arakwal National park, where wallabies can often be spotted grazing by the track, to Tallow Beach, about 300 metres. The house is just 5 min walk to locals' favourite Roadhouse and General Store cafe.
