This is a good choice for your stay here in the Bavarian village of Leavenworth if you are interested in taking part in our festivals, recreational opportunities or just enjoying the great outdoors. The condo is located on the second floor with a vaulted ceiling and large windows so it is light and bright. It is surrounded by tall ponderosa pines and well kept grounds.

The condo is located in a quiet well-kept complex just off the beaten path of this famous tourist destination. The Leavenworth Golf Course is within view, and the Wenatchee River is a 4 minute walk with wild osprey and salmon. In winter the golf course is one of the groomed cross county tracks that the Winter Sports Club maintains. Walking trails wind along the river leading to the downtown with lovely views of the mountains. Downtown Leavenworth is approximately 8 blocks away and hosts over 20 wine tasting rooms, a brewery, many interesting restaurants and shops, as well as entertainment and festivals. A large City park with picnic facilities, ball fields, and equipment is within walking distance and the City has a nice outdoor pool. Multiple trailheads to the Alpine Lakes wilderness are within a few miles. Stevens Pass ski area is 20 minutes away, and Mission Ridge is 40 miles.

I am an easy going fun loving, athletic, creative, positive, middle aged woman. I am committed to living simply and travel light, but appreciate elegance and quality. I like good food and good wine but hate anything fussy or pretentious. My favorite people and places radiate genuine warmth and good spirit. Time with a good friend is about as good as it gets--both old and new. I love being outdoors--in the mountains or by the water, and love sharing my enthusiasm with others. I manage a fair trade gift shop in a tourist town in the Pacific Northwestern mountains, but have an equal affection for the warmth and color of Mexico. I am too old to worry about the small things, but young enough to still appreciate them. Keep it simple, keep it tidy; take good care of what you have.
