Large, modern 1 bedroom penthouse plus sleeping loft with rooftop terrace and views. 4 piece en-suite bath in MBR and second bathroom with walk-in shower conveniently placed for loft and terrace. It's a secure building with concierge, and underground parking. If you are coming for an extended stay, this is the place to call your home!
All guests are registered as tenants for the duration of stay. A copy of Strata Rules is contained in House Manual. Vancouver Long Term Licence 21-105438

The large living area is comfortably furnished for lounging and you can cozy up to the electric fireplace in winter months. Floor to ceiling windows allow lots of light and views over Chinatown and the mountains. The dining area overlooks the city with seating for six.
The kitchen features walnut cabinets, bright quartz counters, a gas range, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. You will find all the tools, appliances and cookware to make your own meals. There is a Nespresso machine & capsules, teas, and French Press plus basic cooking supplies to get you started.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a patio for your morning coffee, large walk-in closet, four piece ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and separate glass shower. Hygienic covers on all mattresses and pillows.
The cozy loft sleeping area has a built in queen size bed with storage. There is a closet and full bathroom, with large walk in shower, at bottom of stairs. The loft leads to the roof terrace but is not open to the living area so it is very quiet and private. Both bedrooms have black out blinds.
Just outside, the lovely, private terrace has a gas barbecue, lounge & dining furniture. It's an urban retreat with gardens and panoramic view which includes downtown.
Our home has everything you need to be comfortable and feel 'at home', yourselves. Cleaning fee includes a thorough move in/move out cleaning, but additional cleaning is available for a modest fee if needed. Our personal belongings are removed or stored out of sight. They won't impede your comfort. If you need extra storage for a long stay, please let us know in advance.

Accessibility features are limited in that the entrances to building from street and parking level do not have an automatic door opener, and must be pulled open. The apartment is very open with minimal obstacles except for stairway to loft and 'step over' to terrace off master bedroom.

Unfortunately, this condo is not suitable for young children. The second bedroom in loft is very separate and may not be safe for them. Accessibility is limited due to steps to both terraces and stairs to loft.
We do not charge for parking but we need advance notice to make it available for you. Accessible parking is not available.
No bikes permitted in hallways or apartment. There is no bike storage on site. We leave information for bike rental for the day and the economical city-wide bike rental service is close at hand.
Do not re-arrange furniture. Concrete floors are easily marred.
All guests must be pre-registered with owners.
No smoking, vaping or drug use in building.
No pets.

This is a rapidly re-developing area. Bordered by two of the oldest Vancouver neighbourhoods, Chinatown and Strathcona, it is vibrant and diverse.
You will be close to some of the city's most popular new dining and entertainment venues, sporting arenas and exciting new buildings. We have on site information for dining, shopping and activities.
Location is steps to Chinatown, three blocks to Sun Yet Sen Gardens, and then a short walk to Gastown.
The Seawalk is about a 3 block walk and stretches around False Creek from Stanley Park to Olympic Village and from there through Granville Island and onward to the western beaches. It's a prime trail to walk, run or bike.
Our street borders Mt Pleasant, a premier area along Main Street for restaurants, bars and specialty boutiques. Main Street is served by excellent bus service.
We travel everywhere on foot or transit, rarely using our car unless we leave the city. We leave recommendations on favoured routes so you can avoid the inner city panhandlers you may see in some areas.
