The lower level has a bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, TV family room, dining area (seating for six) and opens to a patio with grill, dining area (seats 8) and Adirondack chairs. Tumble Down cottage sits closest to the water with a private entrance and is located in front of the main house that was added to the property in 2005.
