Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Designated parking is available for 1 car in the space marked as 230 N. The parking space is located on the lower parking lot overlooking the beach, please make sure you park in front of the space labeled N and not another unit's parking spot. Additional parking may also be found on Rio Del Mar Blvd. Please note all other parking spaces in the condominium parking lot are for other units in the complex, please do not park in any space other than the one labeled 230 N.
