This is a 30' modern camper (2017 model year) in immaculate condition. Fast WiFi. The camper is set on a gravel pad with easy parking. The space includes an outdoor sitting area with table and chairs, adirondack chairs, fire pit, grill and hammock. From the outdoor sitting area and camper, you look out on our fenced goat pasture, expansive lawn, trees and on the far side of the 2 1/2 acre property our home. Care has been made to provide a semi-private environment with plantings.

The LuxCamper is located in a country setting, with horses, sheep, cattle, goats, and more in the surrounding fields. Plenty of sky, trees and gently rolling terrain. The area is a mix of estates, farmhouses, barns and doublewides. We are right between two small towns - Lebanon and Gallatin - and 25 minutes to a major mall...but you'll never know it while you're sitting around the fire listening to the sounds of nature.

We're empty nesters living in Lebanon, TN, 45 minutes east of Nashville. We have been married 30+ years and we have three kids. Our oldest daughter is a personal trainer, our middle daughter is a teacher and our son is an actor/comedian and delivery pro in Chicago. We are in our mid 50's and we love travel and all it brings - hiking, scenic drives, fun meals out, time at the beach, skiing... mostly just being outdoors. We love to combine work and play as we travel, as one helps pay for the other! We live on a 2.5 acre hobby farm with goats, chickens, cats, a garden and more.
