This airy west Olympia 2nd story studio is near, but not within hearing distance, to Interstate 5 & Highway 101. Wooded lot, vaulted ceilings, 3 skylights. WiFi, cable TV, kitchen, full bath, queen bed. Linens, dishes, cookware, basic staples. Pets OK w/deposit. Off street parking. 2 min. to TESC, 6 min. to Multicare Capital Medical Center, 20 min. to St. Peter Hospital. Perfect spot for traveling medical professionals. One week minimum stay.

My family has owned the waterfront cottage since 1982. We lived there full time for 11 years before building a larger house, which now hosts the studio apartment. We continue to vacation at the cottage, hold family gatherings, or just go over for a walk on the beach or for a outing in the boat.
We live not far away from the cottage so if you need anything while you are there, have questions, need directions or referrals, etc., we are usually nearby to be of assistance.
The cottage is set up like a home and you will be quite comfortable there.
The studio apartment is also set up like a home and has what you need: bedding, linens, dish and cookware, etc. It is over our detached garage so you'll have plenty of privacy. And there are woods and a creek for you to enjoy.

We live in the main house. The studio is over the garage, which is separate from the house. Note: there are stairs, the apartment is not handicap appropriate, sorry.
