This quaint duplex is a recently updated, comfortable getaway, featuring modern finishes and vintage charm. Approx. 500 sq ft.² King Suite featuring 1 KING bedrooms & 1 bath. The space is small but well equipped & cozy! New hardwood and fresh paint throughout. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, made with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect Walla Walla Wine Escape!

Fully stocked kitchen makes cooking from home convenient and efficient. Updated with full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple. Seating for (2) in the kitchen.

Cozy living area featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge that converts to a full size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging while enjoying a glass of wine from your favorite local winery. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on your personal apps! Enjoy reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.

1 bedroom furnished with comfortable KING mattresses with clean & crisp linens, and ensuite bath. There is closet space for storing guests personal items.

Clean & modern bathroom, updated finishes and high quality towels and linens. Shower NO TUB, Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!

Large outdoor space that is SHARED with the other side of the duplex.

College Place, Washington, USA

Centrally located, in what is considered the “College Place” neighborhood. College Place is located in Walla Walla County, WA, and sits on the outskirts of Walla Walla, a Washington Wine Country destination. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Highway 125 is the main throughway in the town of College Place and Walmart, Home Depot, and multiple box retail stores are approx. .9 miles from the home. There are several restaurant options nearby but most people enjoy heading over to the Historic Downtown Walla Walla to enjoy the local winery scene and food options. The nearest park is Lions Park (a gorgeous local favorite with a pond and tons of well kept grassy area and paths) is a 2 min walk from the property.

Historic Downtown Walla Walla (approx. 3 miles) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. You will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, breweries, night life and lots of activities. Of course the local wine tasting rooms are what most people visit Walla Walla for, and the local Vitners will not disappoint. Most tasting rooms close by 5 pm so you will want to get an early start and try to pick your favorites!

From theaters and museums to biking, hiking, golf, and spa time, Walla Walla offers a little bit of everything wonderful. Soaked in sunshine all year round, it’s the perfect place to dive into the great outdoors. From mountains and rivers to trails and viewpoints, visitors can enjoy the ideal combination of adventures. Lean towards the downtown side of life? Check out local boutiques, art galleries and other cultural gems – they’re perfect for bringing a piece of the valley home with you.

Located in Walla Walla County, a 4 hour drive from Boise, & Portland, in the heart of Washington wine country. Walla Walla is best known for it local wineries and tasting rooms and bountiful outdoor adventure.

Outgoing, outdoorsy, mom and business owner. I love to travel and visit new places and love to meet new people. I have met and kept in touch with many new friends that have stayed in my homes. I cannot live without Running and Coffee!! I love entertaining, hiking with my girls and my yellow lab, running trails, mtn biking and riding cruiser bikes downtown for a glass of wine. It is very important to me to live in a great atmosphere in the heart of everything where you can build a community. I bought my 750 sq ft home in Boise so that I could be close to restaurants, bars, trails, downtown, and nightlife and enjoy a unique lifestyle that only the Northend has to offer. Hyde Park is a true neighborhood and the local eateries and shopping area will give you a feel at home vibe! Once you visit, you will understand! Our beach home in Pacific City also reflects the importance that we place on atmosphere and location being directly across form the beach and walking, biking distance to the local brewery. I try to make sure that my guests feel at home and they have access to the home as if it were there own. I appreciate courteous guests but expect them to fully utilize all of the amenities in the house. (ie: grill, patio, coffee, laundry, condiments, etc..)
