Join us along "The Narrows" of the Barrier Islands, tucked away between Clearwater & Saint Pete Beach, in this two-bedroom unit with bonus bunk room and private patio -- all just a few steps between you and the private beach leading to sun, sand, and surf of Indian Rocks Beach. Nestled among just 16 other units in a throw-back to "Old Florida" charm, this unit was extensively remodeled to include brand new flooring, kitchen and bathroom! It features two Queen bedrooms and Twin Bunks to comfortably sleep 6 guests. As you head out each morning to explore, you just might find your hardest decision of the day to be which path of exit to use. From the main door at the back of the unit, head just across the two-lane road to enjoy some quiet time along the shore of the Intracoastal Waterway, perhaps fishing or launching a paddle board to take the scenery in, or even a stroll down Gulf Boulevard to the nearby restaurants and shops. Or maybe instead you step through the sliding doors from the living room directly onto the soft white sand, with drink in hand. Bask in the sun and let your senses go wild enjoying the beautiful sounds of nature and most breathtaking Gulf views available anywhere on Earth. Regardless of your decision, we are certain every day here will be a good one!

Inside the unit, extensively remodeled completed in recent days, EVERYTHING is new. The newly designed kitchen includes an island bar, new cabinets and granite countertops, Samsung appliances, dishwasher. Enjoy breakfast at the dining room table for four or pop onto a stool at the bar and grab a drink or snack. The living room features an oversized sofa, 70" wall-mounted Smart TV, tucked away bunk room, ceiling fan, and breathtaking Gulf views. Each of the two bedrooms features a Tommy Bahama Queen bedroom set, closet for storage, dark-out shades, and ceiling fan. Last but not least, refresh and pamper yourself in the new bathroom with double vanity and custom tiled shower stall. We finish things off indoors with luxury linens, bath and beach towels, and toiletries for your stay along with an initial supply of kitchen paper and detergents to get you settled.
Just outside the sliding doors from the living room, step onto your private patio to find yourself less than 10 steps to the sun, sand, and surf of Indian Rocks Beach! An ample supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even children's toys are available for your use and convenience. A gas grill and utensils are provided for your convenience, and a laundry room with two coin & app-operated washer and dryer set are available for guest use [$1.75 per load]. Free, reserved parking is provided just steps from the main entry door.

Guests have exclusive use of this unit, on-site and easy access to reserved parking for one vehicle, private patio, laundry room [2 washers / 2 dryers], beach supplies, gas grills, and all other common areas.

On arrival to the unit you will find a reference and welcome guide which highlights key property information and rules of the road. Additionally, you will find many local favorites and recommendations on dining and nightlife options.
Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint and welcoming community centrally located between Clearwater & St. Pete. One of the most popular of the barrier islands along this stretch, Indian Rocks provides countless dining, nightlife, and a host of other entertainment options await you. You're within walking distance to several dining and shopping options just north on Gulf Boulevard, including: Villa Gallace [Italian +++++], Crabby Bills Seafood [++++], VIP Mexican [++++], souvenir shops, CVS, and many others. Just approximately two miles south, enjoy the entire region's best culinary experience available at famed Salt Rock Grill, where the seafood menu is built daily and depends entirely on the haul of their private fishing fleet at the close of each fishing day.
Around town, John's Pass, our county's busiest tourist attraction is 6 miles south on Gulf Boulevard. Restaurants of all flavors and price ranges line Gulf Blvd. in both directions between St. Pete Beach to the south [20 min.] and Clearwater Beach to the north [20 min.]. Additional attractions within 30 minutes include: The Clearwater Aquarium, featuring Winter the Dolphin from the acclaimed Dolphin Tales, the beautiful Dali Museum and revitalized, vibrant downtown St. Petersburg and new Pier, and home of the Tampa Bay Rays Tropicana Field just to name a few.
Just a 35-45 minute drive will take you to Tampa, where you'll want to make a stop in Ybor City, the CruisePort, International Plaza, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, Lowry Zoo, and countless other points of interest. Even a quick diversion to Disney World and all Orlando has to offer are just an hour east of Tampa.
Getting Around:
Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock Uber availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 20 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Care to get out and really explore? Tampa, Orlando, and many points beyond are very popular day trips away. You will also find Uber, Lyft, and other app-based services are easily accessible in the area.
Other Things to Note:
BeachComber Condos are strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside or outside a unit will result in assessment of a $500 deep cleaning fee. There is a designated smoking area on the SE corner of the complex by the street.
Must be 25 years of age or older with valid credit card to book, and valid ID is required at check-in.
Self check-in is available 24 hrs. a day.
Please be respectful of the guests before and after you by adhering to published check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and check-out time of 10:00 a.m.
NO PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUTS.
We will never charge a "resort" or management fee of any type. Total price of your stay includes cleaning and all applicable taxes. Please note the insurance damage waiver, if purchased, is for accidental breakage or loss of items inside the unit only. Intentional or negligent actions will not be covered. Negligent, intentional, or fees such as those for excessively soiled or missing linens and towels from the unit, excessive cleaning charges, smoking, pet, and over-stay charges are not covered by the waiver and will be charged against the credit card on file used for this transaction.
