Our newly renovated (2020) apartment is located on the pedestrian beach road of Chersonissos, a safe area in the heart of the village with a stunning view at the Aegean sea. Upon your arrival in the apartment, you will notice the security door, which consists of 12 inside locks. The minimalistic room with its earthy painted colours is 22 sqm and it's on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator, but the owner lives in the 1st floor of the same building. The room can host up to 2 people and is equipped with 2 single beds (0.85x2.00) which can of course be transformed into a king size bed, using a big upper bed cover. The room also includes a 50" smart TV as well as a safe and mini bar facility. The balcony doors are soundproof and double glazed, but also heat isolating, securing a cool and calm atmosphere in the room. In our beautiful balcony (the best part of this property) you will find a cozy outdoor living room, including a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, 2 sunbeds and the jacuzzi, with 36 jets and Balboa system, where when sitting inside, you can enjoy the beautiful Cretan sea. The final touch includes an outdoor kitchen in the garden, with barbecue facilities, but also a fridge and a laundry machine.
