Enjoy the same cool, classic sophistication the Hamptons are known for. The off-whites and chic pops of blues create a real calm coastal vibe. More spacious than most apartments, up to 4 guests can comfortably reside here. You’ll have all the modern conveniences you’d expect, such as dishwasher & espressotoria pod coffee machine plus extras (like the fully equipped euro laundry!).

Large glass sliding doors let floods of light in and create a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces – which are the perfect spots to laze around in. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy that fresh sea air and greenery that surrounds you.

You couldn’t be much closer to the beach; the sand is inches from the building. But you’re also literally a few steps away from heart of Moana. Grab a takeaway coffee from the nearby cafés (literally 100m away) and set off on an espy walk or dine in for a fabulous brunch. Don’t feel like cooking? Pickup a delicious meal from the Deep Blue restaurant across the street. Find your new favourite boho outfit or browse gorgeous homewares at the ‘Gypsy Life’ shop just downstairs. Travelling with kids? There is a fab little playground & park just on the other side of the road. It’s all right on your doorstep!

At the height of summer, the area is bustling with locals & visitors out for a meal, catching a wave or tan or cruising along the esplanade. It’s a real ‘Eat. Sleep. Beach. Rinse. Repeat.’ Lifestyle.
