Come experience a cozy, modernized 1900 home located in the growing and gritty mixed commercial/residential community in downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. The house, a.k.a 805, sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning facility, Ridgeline Fitness. If you are interested in learning more about the gym please reach out to us!

805 was built in 1900!!!! But you would never guess it's age if we didn't tell you as we have modernized it while preserving it's charm. Enjoy curling up in the cozy private bedrooms or the infrared sauna (2nd bedroom). Then you can hang out in the main room equipped with 55" 4K Smart TV and Sonos surround sound so you can log into your favorite streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, etc) to enjoy music sipping a local beverage in front of the picture window or relax by watching your favorite movie. We have beer on tap in our kitchen kegerator from local Monumental Beer Works and more importantly purified reverse osmosis water to hydrate your Grand Valley adventures!

Downtown GJ:
Nestled in the heart of Colorado’s Grand Valley, Grand Junction boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and a wealth of nearby outdoor recreation. Downtown is home to dozens of outstanding locally-owned shops, music venues, restaurants, and galleries. Here tree-lined, pedestrian-friendly streets showcase public art, fountains, and historic buildings – along with tantalizing local cuisine, unique gifts, and relaxing fun. Downtown continues to expand beyond Main Street and immediately adjacent roads. Our property is just on the edge of this quickly growing area.

The immediate neighborhood:
805 is located in a mixed commercial and residential area just blocks away from downtown Grand Junction-Enstroms Candies/Coffee shop is dangerously only two blocks away! Las Colonias Park and access to the Riverfront Trail are just blocks away. Please be aware that there is railway two blocks to the south of our location and guests WILL DEFINITELY hear trains as they pass through town.

The gym:
Ridgeline Fitness is the other building on the property and serves outdoor enthusiasts and athletes, providing strength and conditioning training to elevate performance in their primary sport across all seasons. Ridgeline Fitness group strength/conditioning and yoga classes primarily occur during the week. We do offer one strength/conditioning and one yoga class on Saturdays. Private training and yoga instruction is available based on availability. The gym is not available to guests as part of the AirBNB booking. If you have questions about access, please reach out to us! We love talking about Ridgeline!

The Fords-Adam and Heather: Adam is the founder of Ridgeline Fitness and Heather is a nurse practitioner in the community. They live with their Brittany Spaniel, Winnie, about ten minutes from 805, where they can be found gardening, hanging out with their chickens or tending to their bees. They love exploring the mountains across western Colorado, and have great recommendations for iconic 12,000 to 14,000 foot peaks throughout the state. They also have great recommendations for a wide range of activities during any season!

They have grown both 805 and the gym over the past nine years in service to Ridgeline clients. In 2021, they decided to open 805 to the AirBNB community to offer a unique space from which to experience the beauty of Western Colorado.

Ashley “Mother Goose” Cameron: Ashley is the manager and lead yoga instructor at Ridgeline Fitness, and co host of 805. She is a US Navy veteran and proud mom of two beautiful kiddos. Her passion for and knowledge of Western Colorado are amazing resources for our guests looking to get off the ‘tourist’ path and get the local’s perspective.

One or more of us will be available during your stay should you need anything. And you will most likely meet Adam and Ashley when they are at Ridgeline Fitness working with gym clients!
